he Board of Trustees will meet in a work session in the Board Room to discuss the Board goals and receive training via the MTSBA webinars.

No action will be taken at this session.

Call to Order

Chair Tim Sather opened the work session meeting at 6:36 p.m.

The following trustees and officers were present: Trustees Susanne Vinton, Tim Sather, Becky Malenowsky, Caree Burnhart, Tamara Spillum, Jason Hamrick, Superintendent Eileen Johnson and District Clerk Laurie Noonkester. Trustee Don Reed was absent.

The Board of Trustees met in a work session to view the MTSBA training webinar "Mediation" and to discuss board goals.

Discussion was held on the "Mediation" webinar until 7:15 p.m.

The Board Goals were visited and re-evaluated.

The Christmas luncheon menu and logistics were discussed.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:44 p.m.
