Bid Opening Meeting
Scott informed those present that the bids would be taken under advisement. All bids will need to be reviewed to make sure they are complete; they will also make sure that there is no over-lapping work between bids, so there is no duplication of costs among the bids.
A special board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 26, 2007, at which the final decision will be made. At that meeting Scott Chartier, representing High Tech Construction, will make bid award recommendations to the Board or Trustees from the bids received today, and they will provide the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
The bid opening was concluded at 12:30 p.m.
