Chairman Trafford called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. He led those present in the pledge of allegiance.

Trustees and officers present were: Greg Bochy, Jim Painter, Gayle Walker, Teresa Stroebe, Tim Trafford, Thomas Jones, and Barbara Forrester Frank, District Clerk Diane Brook and Superintendent Eileen Johnson.

Others present: Attorney Ken Tolliver and Robert Guenther

EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION 5:40 P.M.

Chairman Trafford closed the session for the purpose of legal strategy regarding possible mediation of appeal for the following: Joe C. McCracken and Leah K. McCracken (Plaintiffs/Appellees) Versus Lockwood School District #26 (Defendant/Appellants); In the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; Docket No. 04-35476

OPEN SESSION 5:55 P.M.

Chairman Trafford opened the session and called for a motion.

Greg Bochy moved to appoint two trustees, Chairman Tim Trafford and Vice-Chairman Teresa Stroebe, to represent the Board of Trustees in possible mediation of appeal for the above-mentioned case. Thomas Jones seconded the motion. Greg Bochy, Thomas Jones, Tim Trafford, Gayle Walker, Barbara Forrester Frank, Teresa Stroebe, and Jim Painter voted aye. The motion passed seven to zero.

ADJOURN

Greg Bochy moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:02 p.m. Teresa Stroebe seconded the motion. Greg Bochy, Thomas Jones, Tim Trafford, Gayle Walker, Barbara Forrester Frank, Teresa Stroebe, and Jim Painter voted yes. The motion passed unanimously.
