PROCEEDINGS
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES CALL TO ORDER Chairman Trafford called the meeting to order at approximately 7:00 p.m. He led those present in the pledge of allegiance. Trustees present were: Tim Trafford, Teresa Stroebe, Barbara Forrester Frank, and Thomas Jones. Superintendent Eileen Johnson, Primary School Principal Mike Bowman, and Facilities Director Art Anderson were also present. Guest present was Evelyn Pyburn from Yellowstone County News. BOARD GOALS AND STRATEGIC PLAN Staff surveys were reviewed and discussed. The group worked on brainstorming more ideas. The attached document is a work in progress. It will eventually be used to substantiate budget expenditures. ADJOURN The session was adjourned at approximately 8:00 p.m.
