CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Board of Trustees of School District No. 26, Lockwood Schools, Yellowstone County, was duly held at the Lockwood Board Room, 1932 U.S. Highway 87, Billings, Montana, on Wednesday, October 8, 2003, at 7:00 p.m.

Chairperson Tim Trafford presided. He led those present in the pledge of allegiance.

The following trustees and officers were present: Trustees: Gayle Walker, Tim Trafford, Teresa Stroebe, Becky Webber, Robert Guenther, Greg Bochy and Jim Painter, Superintendent Eileen Johnson, and District Clerk Diane Brook.

Larry Martin, attorney for Lockwood Schools, was present.

Registered Guests: None

CLOSED SESSION      7:07 P.M.

The session was closed for the purpose of legal strategy regarding:
Cause No. DV 03-0738 - Judge Diane G. Barz:
Merlin Myers, trustee for the Merlin Myers revocable trust,
Dale Myers and Terri Myers (plaintiffs) versus Lockwood
Schools District #26, a subdivision of Yellowstone County (defendants)

SESSION OPENED
Chairman Trafford opened the meeting at 9:00 p.m. Trustee Gayle Walker had left the meeting at approximately 8:30 p.m.

ADJOURN
Jim Painter moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:02 p.m. Greg Bochy seconded the motion. Robert Guenther, Teresa Stroebe, Jim Painter, Becky Webber, Greg Bochy, and Tim Trafford voted yes; the motion passed unanimously.
