OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2004 5:30 P.M.Vice Chair Teresa Stroebe called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. She led those present in the pledge of allegiance. Board members and school officers present: Trustees: Gayle Walker, Thomas Jones, Barbara Forrester Frank, Teresa Stroebe, Greg Bochy, Superintendent Eileen Johnson, and District Clerk Diane Brook. Tim Trafford arrived at 5:46 p.m. Trustee Jim Painter was absent. Attorney Ken Tolliver was present. EXECUTIVE SESSION Chairman Trafford closed the meeting for the purpose of legal strategy regarding trial results and possible appeal for the following: Cause No. CV 01-183-BLG-RFC: Joe C. McCracken and Leah K. McCracken (Plaintiffs)
Versus Lockwood School District #26 (Defendant) The session was opened at 7:15 p.m. No action was taken. ADJOURN Teresa Stroebe moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 p.m. Thomas Jones seconded the motion. Tim Trafford, Gayle Walker, Thomas Jones, Barbara Forrester Frank, Teresa Stroebe, and Greg Bochy voted aye. The motion passed six to zero.
