CALL TO ORDER
6:30 P.M.

Trustees present were: Tim Trafford, Teresa Stroebe, Becky Webber, Robert Guenther, and Greg Bochy. Gayle Walker and Jim Painter were absent.

Superintendent Eileen Johnson was present. She acted as minute-taker in the absence of district clerk, Diane Brook.

Others present: Previous trustee, Tom Neujahr and Attorney Ken Tolliver.

Chairperson Tim Trafford presided. He led those present in the pledge of allegiance.

CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mr. Trafford closed the meeting at 6:35 p.m. for the purposes of discussing legal strategy for:

Cause No. CV 01-183-BLG-RFC: Joe E. McCracken and Leah K. McCracken (Plaintiffs) versus Lockwood School District #26, and Trustees: Robert Guenther, Tom Neujahr, Gayle Walker, Teresa Stroebe, and Becky Webber, individually and in their individual capacities as Trustees of Lockwood School District #26 (Defendants)

OPEN SESSION

Chairman Trafford opened the meeting at 8:18 p.m. He called for public comment. There was none.

The meeting adjourned at 8:19 p.m.
