Menactra & Gardasil Immunization Clinic

Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: RiverStone Health Area in the old Intermediate School
The school nurse has scheduled a clinic through RiverStone Health at our school to provide these immunizations for Middle School students. Both of these vaccinations are highly recommended and are being made available to our students at school but are not mandatory for school attendance. One dose of Menactra (Meningococcal) offers protection for 5 years and costs $12. Gardasil (HPV) is a one time 3-dose series at 0, 2 month and 6 month intervals and costs $12 for each individual vaccination. If your daughter starts the Gardasil series, you will be notified when she is due for her next vaccination and a clinic will be held here at school.
Vaccine information, consents & payment information will be sent home with your student. If you want to have your child vaccinated, please return the completed information with payment to RiverStone Health to the Middle School office by the day of the clinic.
