Available Teacher and support staff substitutes are needed at Lockwood Schools. Teacher substitutes with a valid Montana teaching certificate receive $75 a day. A non-certified teacher substitute is paid $70 per day. Support staff substitutes are paid an hourly rate of $8.75. You choose the days you are available. This is an excellent way to supplement your income. All substitutes must complete the necessary application and employment forms. A fingerprint background check is required for all applicants. Substitutes must bring in proof of a recent TB test. A seven-member board governs Lockwood Schools. The following individuals constitute this board: Chair Tim Sather, 245-8200; Vice Chair Susanne Vinton, 248-1984; Becky Malenowsky, 245-5934; Jason Hamrick, 855-0569; Tamara Spillum, 861-8468, Caree Bernhart, 697-7866; and Don Reed, 252-5316. The Board of Trustees meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Lockwood School Board Room in the Administration Office. Community members are always welcome to attend.
