Boys & Girls Club
 Join the growing number of kids at the
Boys & Girls Club/Lockwood Learning
Center! This popular after school
program has provided the youth of
Lockwood Schools with a safe place
to learn and grow through ongoing relationships with caring adult professionals. Kids can participate in fun programs that promote learning, character development, life skills, fitness and much more.
The Club will open on Wednesday, August 29, to all Kindergarten-8th graders who attend school in Lockwood. Club hours will be from 2:55 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Parents of new or kindergarten children are encouraged to have their child visit free for a day and tour the club.
A fee of $10 per child covers membership during the regular school year. For further information call 254-1973 or 245-2582.
Lockwood PTA
The Lockwood PTA meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at Lockwood Schools. The first meeting of the school year will be on Tuesday, September 4. Babysitting is provided at no charge and refreshments are served. |
