8/24/05 meeting are as follows:

Members present:

Mike Sullivan,   Linda Hanson,   Kim Pollock,   Brent Lipp, Johanna Freivalds, Charles Harvey, Sue Roberts, Carrie Larson, Linda Ruegsegger,Robin Vezina,  Linda Scozzari, Jen Tresch, Randall Rice, and Chris Martin.

Discussion:

Everyone was reimbursed $75.00 for costs incurred while attending the week- long MBI conference in Bozeman.  

Minutes from the June 23 meeting were reviewed and discussed.  

The following committees were formed in Bozeman (6/23) in effort to address all aspects of MBI: hallway, survey, behavior, rewards and communication.  The purpose of each committee was reviewed along with the chair/co-chair of each specific committee.   Everyone was in agreement as to the purpose and responsibility of each committee.  

The committee discussed   ways to get other staff on-board.   It was decided   that each team member should be on at least one committee so that each team is represented on each of the committees with the exception of the communication committee, which would be comprised of the core MBI members and Robin Vezina.
