Discussion of Blueprint for Implementation. This is a guide for the team to follow as we progress through the M.B.I. process.

Development of MBI Mission Statement:

              The Lockwood Middle School M.B.I. Team's mission is to improve school climate and classroom environments in order to meet the needs of all children within our community.

Next Meeting:

September 21, 3:15 Middle School Library.

The team will be discussing the development of a school mission statement and planning a staff meeting for building vision statements.
