The meeting was lead by Brent Lipp. He began with a review of the past meeting and the progress on hallway behaviors. Two handouts were given, one on voice levels and another with possible ideas for a T-chart to be placed in the hallways. Brent also shared his ideas of integrating the LION PRIDE idea with the expected hallway behaviors.

The voice level chart was discussed and the group decided to use the following four levels:

              0 = No Sound

              1 = Whisper

              2 = Small Group Voice

              3 = Classroom Wide Voice

The voice level graph will be introduced and taught on the first day of school by all staff.

A T-Chart committee was formed to look into the construction of   hallway T- charts that will be used.  The committee members are as follows; Charles Harvey, Linda Scozzari, Kelly McCann and Mike Sullivan. The committee decided that 20 posters are needed to cover all areas of the hallways. The goal is to have the posters made by the 15 th of April. Additionally, the committee will design "teaser" posters to be placed in the hallways this school year to build curiosity about the Lion Pride program which will start Fall 2005.

Signs and charts will be made for all classrooms and teachers will introduce the charts and  teach the expected behaviors at the beginning of the 05-06 school year.   A staff meeting will be held on April 14 at 3:15 in the MS library to introduce the process.
