Minutes from

1/18/05 meeting are as follows:
Members present:  Middle school staff & principal, superintendent Johnson

Discussion:  The staff reviewed the survey results focusing on strengths and concerns.  Staff was actively involved in the discussion and several staff shared examples and conclusions drawn from the presentation of data.  The core team presented their interpretation of the survey results as discussed in earlier meetings.  Several prize drawings added to the feeling of excitement and camaraderie.  

As an upbeat close to the meeting, staff viewed "Celebrate What's Right With the World" video.   An invitation was extended to all to attend future MBI meetings  with the next meeting scheduled for 1/24/05
