Zumba Classes at Lockwood School

When: Tues. & Thurs.
Where: Lockwood Sturdevant Gym
Time: 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Cost: $15.00 for 10 class punch card

•This class features Latin rhythms, easy to follow dance moves, and calorie burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements that tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This class is good for all levels of fitness.

Bring tennis shoes and water bottle. These classes are open to ages 17 and up who are not attending public school.
