CHECKLIST FOR THE APPLICANT

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARAPROFESSIONAL POSITIO

_____ 1. Letter of Interest

_____ 2. A properly completed Lockwood Schools’ application form

_____ 3. At least three (3) letters of recommendation

_____ 4. Resume

_____ 5. Copy of college transcripts or paraprofessional certification
             (If you are a certified teacher please include a copy of your
             teaching certificate.)

_____ 6. Background Check*

*All applicants are required to undergo a fingerprint background check before being considered for a position at Lockwood Schools.

If you have already had a fingerprint background check done there is an attached release of information form you must complete and sign, indicating to where it should be sent.
