| Lockwood School has an opening for a Director of Facilities Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operations of maintenance and custodial services at Lockwood Schools in accordance with policies and procedures, current federal, state, local and organizational standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facilities to assure they are maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Bachelor’s degree in education or a field related to facilities management preferred. Recent experience in related field required. Must possess leadership ability and team building skills to effectively supervise staff and interact with all levels of management. Boiler and electrical license desired. Accountable for the supervision of the maintenance mechanics, safety, planning and coordinating the daily workload. Computer skills a necessity. Salary DOE. Excellent benefits. This is necessary to protect the safety and welfare of the children in the Lockwood School District. The fingerprint card and a check for $29.25 is needed for processing.
*All employees, including substitutes, must have a TB test.
