| POSITION / DEPARTMENT: | PROGRAM THERAPIST – School-Based Services (Day Treatment and Comprehensive School and Community Treatment) |
| PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: | Masters degree in a mental health discipline is required. Licensure eligibility in Montana as LCPC, LCSW or Clinical Psychologist is required. License completion required within 24 months of hiring. Experience in outpatient settings and training in family therapy preferred. |
| SUPERVISOR / CHAIN OF COMMAND: | Director of School-Based Services |
| WORKING SCHEDULE: | Professional hourly (40 hours per week) position to follow program schedule as assigned by the Director of School Programs and provision of required direct service hours. Some evening work with families including home visits as assigned or as needed. |
| PURPOSE: | To provide intensive clinical intervention to children, youth and families referred to school-based programs. This includes individual, group and family therapy, parent skill training, case management, care coordination and limited crisis intervention. To provide clinical leadership and work closely with the school-based Youth and Family Support Worker or Behavior Specialist and academic team. |

Provides psychological intervention and direction to clients. Physically it is not a demanding position. A full range of physical abilities is desired to interact with our clients.
